During the 6 month period when Bill and Jenny were remodeling the main house they lived in the Guest House. They moved out reluctantly. It has everything a person needs in a very modest footprint.
Bill tells his friends that if anything ever happens to Jenny, he'll rent out the main house and move into the Guest House. He's not kidding.
