Reservations
Please call or email us if you are interested in reserving the Dartmouth Guest House. We will email you a reservation form and instructions.
Deposit. A deposit of $250 will be required at the time your reservation is processed.
Reservations for single-night stays will not be booked earlier than one month prior to your visit. Other reservations will not be accepted earlier than one year before your visit.
Cancellation Policy. A fee of $250 is charged for any cancellation received less than one month prior to a scheduled arrival date.
Check-in and Check-out. Normal check-in is between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. If this is not possible, please call ahead to make special arrangements. Check-out is no later than 10:30 a.m. so we can be ready for our next guests.

- Television - A DVD player is provided.
- Phone services. There is reasonable cell phone coverage.
- Internet Connection (if you are on the AT&T network, you might be able to achieve a wireless connection). Most of the Dartmouth campus is served by a public wireless network.
- Cleaning or maid services during your stay.
- Meals.
- Dishwasher, washer or dryer.
Pricing
Prices shown are for two persons staying a minimum of 2 nights. The price includes sheets and towels. A 10% discount is given to guests who bring their own sheets and towels.
A premium of 15% premium is added to these charges in the case of one-night visits.
An additional 15% premium is charged for either a third person or the use of the futon.
A 9% Vermont lodging tax must be added to all bills.

Rates and Reservations
The Dartmouth Guest House is outfitted with a queen-sized bed and a full-sized futon. It will accommodate a maximum of three persons.
Please note that this is a retreat-type accommodation, and not intended to be used for parties.
